Brightening Up Covid Classes with 3rd Rock

It will come as no surprise to pretty much anyone reading this that I have not been teaching many classes since March. I actually think I’ve taught about 8. Between the pandemic and the weather, teaching was just not on the cards. But, at the time of writing this, gyms and studios are starting to open so by the time you read it, we might be almost back to normal!

I am always on the lookout for leggings and a break from teaching gave me the chance to hunt around for new pairs. I heard of 3rd Rock Clothing via an Instagram and instantly fell in love with the print of their Titan Highline Power Shape Highrise Pocket Leggings.3rd Rock Clothing were kind enough to gift me a pair of these leggings and the Sun Vest to try out! You can find out more about the brand here.

The Titan Highline Power Shape Highrise Pocket Leggings are made from recycled and repurposed plastic (do you need any more reasons to love this brand already?) and come in two amazing colour ways: 80’s Retro or Jungle Massive and the feel of the fabric is silky and shiny. The Titan leggings feature an elastic waistband so they won’t slowly slide down during any downwards dogs and they have a cool ankle pocket for gym keys (or snacks?!) so you don’t get anything digging into your back or hip during a workout. Finally, they have a thick, high, waistband for great tummy control and to give you a streamline, bump free look.

Next we have the Sun Vest. This relaxed fit vest reminds us to support ‘Bees, Trees, Seas’ and is made from super soft organic cotton. The distressed finish and relaxed fit looks great to wear in a class or at the gym, but would also look amazing paired with a pair of jeans or denim shorts. I love this vest as I hate super clingy clothing when I am teaching!
