Summer Night Yoga

The_Lawn_Asylum,_Lincoln_Castle_-_geograph.org.uk_-_829333.jpg

Throughout the summer months I am running outdoor yoga classes on alternate Friday evenings at The Lawn in Lincoln.

These classes will be every other Friday starting on Friday 10th May at 7pm (a full list of dates can be found below and are designed to be accessible to every age and experience level! Everyone is welcome!

Payment for the sessions will be on a donation basis so you only pay what you can afford, but most importantly I would like you to join me for fun, lighthearted yoga classes during the sunniest months of the year!

I do have mats to borrow on a first come first served basis, but I would recommend bringing your own mat or a towel or blanket to practise on.

Fingers crossed, the weather will be beautiful for all the evenings but please bring layers to wear and please do keep an eye out for any weather related cancellations!

If you have any questions, please feel free to message me via social media, email me at sian@siantyoga.com or contact me on 07805479134.

I look forward to seeing you all for some sunny yoga sessions!

I’ve never done yoga before, can I still come?
Of course! These sessions are designed to be inclusive for any age or experience level. Children are also welcome.

What do I need to bring?
I would recommend bringing your own yoga mat, towel or blanket to practise on. I will have some mats to borrow on a first come, first served basis. Other than that, I would bring a bottle of water (because hopefully it will be sunny!), layers for cooler nights/end of practise and just yourself!

What should I wear?
Gym wear, shorts and a t shirt – clothing you can move easily in as yoga is all about moving and stretching!

How much do the sessions cost?
There is no price per session, these sessions are offered on a donation basis. There is a suggested donation of £5 per person, but you should pay what you believe the session is worth to you.

Where can I park?
There is a car park located at The Lawn with a reduced evening rate, but you can park on the road around the Bailgate area for free after 6pm.

Can I stay in The Lawn and enjoy the sunshine after?
Definitely! You are welcome to bring food and drinks and enjoy the summer evenings! Please tidy up after yourselves and leave it as you found it.
