Where are the classes located?

Happy Culture Cafe, 13a Garmston Street Lincoln LN2 1HZ

Everlast Gym, Tritton Rd, Lincoln LN6 7QY

Streetbeat Dance & Fitness, Featherby Pl, Lincoln LN5 8JB

Do I need dance or yoga experience?

Absolutely not, both classes are suitable for and welcome beginners!

What do I need to wear? Do I need tights or ballet shoes for BalletBeFit?

Nope, you can definitely wear these if you have them, but gym wear is fine – shorts, t shirt, leggings etc. Socks or bare feet is fine. You can also wear ‘barre socks’ that have grips on the bottom.

What do I need to bring?

I am currently not lending out equipment, such as yoga mats or blocks, so you will need to bring a yoga mat to yoga as a minimum. Yoga equipment can be picked up cheaply in lots of shops or online. Other than that, yourself and a bottle of water is fine. I would recommend layers for the colder months and perhaps something to cover your eyes with during relaxation.

How do I pay?

I am currently not accepting cash. All classes need to be paid for in advance when booking, via PayPal or bank transfer.

If you have a question that I have not answered above, or would like to book into a class. Please contact me via the form below and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
